These Terms and Conditions outline the agreement between you, the traveler, and POSTKI Travel and Tours Pte Ltd. They are designed to ensure a smooth, transparent, and enjoyable experience for everyone.
By accessing, browsing, using our website, or making any booking through POSTKI Travel and Tours Pte Ltd, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, as well as our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.
1. Definitions
“Services”: Refers to the travel planning, booking, and related services provided by POSTKI Travel and Tours Pte Ltd, including but not limited to arranging flights, accommodation, tours, transfers, and visa assistance.
“Traveler” / “You”: Refers to any person who accesses or uses our Services, or who makes a booking through POSTKI Travel and Tours Pte Ltd.
“Booking”: Refers to any reservation made for travel services through POSTKI Travel and Tours Pte Ltd.
“Supplier”: Refers to third-party providers of travel services, including but not limited to airlines, hotels, tour operators, cruise lines, and transport companies.
2. Bookings and Payments
Accuracy of Information: You are responsible for ensuring that all information provided to us (e.g., names, passport details, dates of birth) is accurate, complete, and matches your travel documents. Any discrepancies may lead to additional charges or cancellation by Suppliers.
Confirmation: A booking is confirmed only upon receipt of full payment (or a deposit, if applicable) and our issuance of a confirmation invoice or official travel documents.
Payment: Payment terms (e.g., deposit, balance due date) will be communicated at the time of booking. Failure to make payments by the due dates may result in automatic cancellation of your booking by the Supplier, with applicable cancellation charges.
Pricing: All prices are quoted in Singapore Dollars (SGD) unless otherwise specified. Prices are subject to change due to currency fluctuations, supplier surcharges, or unforeseen circumstances until full payment is received.
3. Pricing, Amendments, and Changes
Price Validity: Prices are valid for the dates specified. Any changes to the booking, including travel dates, passenger names, or services, may incur amendment fees.
Amendments by Traveler: All amendment requests must be submitted in writing. We will endeavor to assist with changes, but these are subject to Supplier terms and availability, and may incur administrative fees from POSTKI, plus any charges imposed by the Supplier.
Changes by Supplier: In rare circumstances, Suppliers may need to make changes to confirmed bookings (e.g., flight schedule changes, hotel changes). We will inform you as soon as reasonably possible and assist in finding suitable alternatives. POSTKI is not liable for Supplier-initiated changes outside of our control.
4. Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellation by Traveler: All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing. Cancellation charges will apply as per the specific booking’s terms and conditions, which are determined by the Supplier, in addition to any administrative fees charged by POSTKI.
Refunds: Refunds, where applicable, will be processed in accordance with the Supplier’s and POSTKI’s policies. Please note that refunds may take time to process due to banking and Supplier procedures. Some services may be non-refundable.
Cancellation by POSTKI: We reserve the right to cancel any booking if unforeseen circumstances (e.g., natural disasters, political unrest, insufficient participants for group tours) make it impossible or unsafe to operate the tour. In such cases, we will offer alternative arrangements or a refund, as per our discretion and Supplier policies.
5. Travel Documents and Requirements
Passport and Visa: You are solely responsible for ensuring you hold a valid passport (with sufficient validity, typically 6 months beyond your return date), necessary visas, re-entry permits, and any other travel documents required for your destination(s) and transit points.
Health and Entry Requirements: You are responsible for checking and complying with all health advisories, vaccination requirements, and other entry regulations (e.g., COVID-19 related tests, declarations) of your chosen destination(s). POSTKI cannot be held responsible for your failure to meet these requirements.
6. Travel Insurance
Highly Recommended: We strongly recommend that all travelers purchase comprehensive travel insurance at the time of booking. Travel insurance can protect you against unforeseen circumstances such as trip cancellation, medical emergencies, lost luggage, and other travel-related issues.
Your Responsibility: It is your responsibility to obtain adequate travel insurance coverage. POSTKI is not liable for any losses or expenses incurred due to your lack of travel insurance.
7. Health and Safety
Personal Responsibility: You are responsible for assessing the risks involved in any travel or activities you undertake and for ensuring your physical and mental fitness for the chosen trip.
Special Requirements: If you have any medical conditions, disabilities, or special needs that may affect your travel, please inform us at the time of booking so we can endeavor to make reasonable accommodations with Suppliers, where possible.
8. Limitation of Liability
POSTKI Travel and Tours Pte Ltd acts as an agent for the Suppliers. We endeavor to select reputable Suppliers; however, we do not own or operate airlines, hotels, or other travel services.
POSTKI is not liable for any loss, damage, injury, delay, or expense arising from the acts, omissions, or defaults of any Supplier, or from any unforeseen circumstances beyond our reasonable control (e.g., natural disasters, acts of war, strikes, epidemics, pandemics).
Our liability for any claim arising from our negligence will be limited to the amount paid by you for the specific service directly affected.
9. Force Majeure
POSTKI shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations under these Terms and Conditions if such failure or delay is caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, terrorism, civil unrest, natural disasters, epidemics, pandemics, government restrictions, strikes, or technical failures.
10. Traveler Conduct and Responsibilities
You agree to comply with the laws, regulations, customs, and cultural norms of the countries you visit.
You are responsible for your own behavior and any damage caused by you or your party to property, or any disruption caused to others.
POSTKI and its Suppliers reserve the right to refuse service or remove any traveler from a trip if their conduct is deemed detrimental to the safety, enjoyment, or well-being of themselves or others, without refund.
11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore.
You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore in relation to any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions or the Services.
12. Intellectual Property
All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of POSTKI Travel and Tours Pte Ltd or its content suppliers and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.
13. Privacy Policy
Your privacy is paramount to us. Please refer to our separate Privacy Policy for detailed information on how we collect, use, disclose, and manage your Personal Data. By agreeing to these Terms and Conditions, you also agree to our Privacy Policy.
14. Amendments to Terms
